What are the Different Types of Users?

Type 1: Public User

Type 2: Lite User

A Public User can:
  • submit information - such as fill out a form




Public Users have limited access to selected features on the site.
 A Lite User can:
Lite Users have limited access to selected features on the site.



Type 3: Business Unit Manager

Type 4: Full User

A Business Unit Manager User can:
  • manage users, roles, templates and launchpads for their business unit(s)
  • assess risks
  • assign tasks and checklists
  • manage reporting?


This is a version of a Full User who can view and interact with content on the site.
Although a Manager User can do more than a Lite or other Full Users, a Full Users access to different features, workflows and site data can be limited by changing a Full Users Access Rights.
A Full User can:
  • fully interact with all functions on the site
  • assess risks
  • assign tasks and checklists
  • manage reporting


Only a Full User can view and interact with content on the site.
Although an Administrator can do more than a Lite or Full Users, a Full Users access to different features, workflows and site data can be limited by changing a Full Users Access Rights.
