Setting up Access Rights

Permission Rights for Users can be created in Roles, then these Roles can be grouped together within User Profiles.


Access Roles can be set up in all of the following areas:

  • Super User
  • Administration Roles, including full Admin, Share Reports and Bulk Actions
  • Business Unit Manager
  • Registers & Forms
  • Super Sensitive Registers & Forms
  • Tasks, Task Assignments and Task Results
  • Checklists, Checklist Assignments and Checklist Results
  • Entities and Contacts
  • Documents
  • Snapshots
