Editing/Deleting a Quick Link

Editing
Click the edit icon on the relevant section and then click the edit icon on the relevant Quick Link.

Deleting
Click the edit icon on the relevant section, click the disable icon on the relevant Quick Link and then click the delete icon.

Now that you know how to add a Quick Link, you will also need to learn how to edit or delete a Quick Link.

  1. To delete or edit a Quick Link, click on the edit icon inside the section your Quick Link is sitting in.

  2. To edit a Quick Link, click on the edit icon beneath it. Make the changes you want and click the ‘Save’ button.

     

  3. To publish your changes to the Quick Link, click the 'Save’ icon for the section.

     

  4. To Delete a Quick Link, you need to first disable it. To do so, enter edit mode for the relevant section and click the disable button on your selected Quick Link

     

  5. The Quick Link will now appear in the Disabled Quick Links section. from here you can either

    • Reinstate it by clicking the reinstate icon (as shown below)

    • Or delete it by clicking the delete icon (as shown below)


      If you choose to delete a Quick Link, you will be given a warning as the action will be permanent.

  6. To Delete a Section of Quick Links you will first need to disable all Quick Links within the sections, then a delete icon will appear on the section for you to action the deletion.
