Managing Page Visibility

Press the orange slider next to a page header to toggle the page’s visibility.
Press Save to save your changes.

As an administrator, you have the ability to choose which sections of a module general users will be able to view.

  1. To hide a module section from general users, first select the parent module that the section resides in to expand a list of sections. In this example, we will be hiding a section from the “Welcome to CompliSpace” module.

  2. As you can see, each module section has an orange slider next to it’s name. Toggling a section on or off is as simple as clicking the slider. Disabling a section that has child sections beneath it will also disable the child sections. This may be reverted manually. In this example, we will be turning off the ‘Policy Background’ section.

  3. Once you have disabled or re-enabled a module section, save and cancel buttons will appear next to the title of the parent module. Click the button to cancel your changes, or click on the button to save your changes.

  4. Select ‘Proceed’ to save your changes.

  5. To confirm your changes, switch back to Client User view and check that the module section is no longer appearing.
