Publishing CompliSpace Content Updates

Click on the pending update notification and then follow the steps in the windows that appear.

CompliSpace will periodically release updates to the content contained within your PolicyConnect site. These changes must be reviewed and approved before they will become visible to general users.

To publish a CompliSpace content update:

  1. Enter administrator mode by clicking the eye icon in the top menu bar.

     

  2. Click on the ‘Check for updates’ icon in the top right-hand corner of the screen to check for pending CompliSpace content updates.

     

  3. From the left-hand menu bar, locate and click on the pending update icon for the relevant module. This will appear next to the module name as a small grey circle with a number in it. This number indicated the amount of pending updates for the module.

     

  4. In the window that appears, click the UPDATE button. This will take you to a page where you can review the changes.

     

  5. Review the changes and then click the UPDATE button to publish the update.

     

  6. Leave administrator mode and open the updated module to confirm that the changes are now visible to general users.
