Saving Reports

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Navigate to the required screen
  2. Filter and Config the report as required (see CompliLearn Filter, Config, Sorting Reports)
  3. Click Save As
    1. Name your report (Title)
    2. Set the required visibility 
      1. Only Me : visible to only the creator
      2. All Portal Admins: visible to all portal administrators
      3. All Portal Users: visible to administrators and managers
  4. Choose whether you would like this to be the default report that opens immediately whenever you visit this screen
  5. A new button will appear on the screen with your report name. Click the button to apply the report settings when required (if not a default report). 
  6. The report buttons will change colour to indicate which report is in use.

  1. Click the report button 
  2. Make the required changes to the Filter and Config options
  3. Click Save

How to Edit Name and Visibility Settings

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Click the report button
  2. Click the Edit button
  3. Update the information
  4. Click Save

Duplicating Reports

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Click the button for the report to be copied
  2. Make the required changes to the Filter and Config options
  3. Click the down arrow next to the Save button.
  4. Choose Save as
  5. Name the report and set the required visibility and default options

Deleting Reports

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Click the report button
  2. Click the down arrow next to Edit
  3. Choose Delete
