Managing your PolicyConnect Context Keys

Each module has school-specific information that school administrators will need to add to ensure the content is contextualised and reflective of your school set up. This will also enable you to launch your site, helping take your policies off the shelf and bringing them to life within your day-to-day school community.

Your site's content has been prepared for you today with a number of the context values already complete, this is information we already know about your school to support you with your contextualisation.

The Onboarding Module has been set up to enable you to quickly work through a series of questions. This includes identifying key people and responsibilities, as well as critical locations within your school. Once complete, your PolicyConnect site can be launched within your school, knowing confidently that your staff will have up to date, and current content and at their fingertips with no missing pieces.

The way we complete the contextualisation is through a feature called ‘context keys'.

There are three ways to access and edit context keys:

  1. Directly from the content

  2. Via the Onboarding Module

  3. Through the Context Library located in the settings menu

Note: Only administrators have access to view and edit context keys
