Editing Context Keys Via the Onboarding Module

To streamline the onboarding and contextualisation of your sites, CompliSpace has created an Onboarding Module that houses all of your site’s context keys in one place, organised in sections based on the modules your context keys appear in.

Let’s complete the Onboarding module for your site:

1. Click on the Welcome to CompliSpace module
   
   

   Open

   

2. Click on the ‘Site and Content Contextualisation’ heading

    

3. Click the ‘Student Duty of Care’ heading.
   This will bring up a list of all the ‘Student Duty of Care’ context questions and variables in the right-hand display window. You may have to scroll down to locate the 'Context Questions' section.
   
   

   You will notice all of the highlighted orange text; these are all Context Keys and require updating.

4. Read the first question and then click on the first Context Key.
   
   

5. The Context Key editing window will pop up:

    

6. In the editing window, enter the correct value for your school in the text field, and then click the ‘Save’ button.
   
   Note: There is no character limit for context key fields.
   
   

7. Confirm the context key is now highlighted grey before completing the remaining questions for the module
