How do I navigate to my Registers and Forms Templates?

Assurance Register or Form Template examples include:

  • Risk or Contract Registers
  • Incident or Safety Forms
  • Complaints/Feedback, Breaches, Asset Registers, etc


Step-By-Step Guide


  1. Click on the Gearwheel at the top right of your Assurance Screen and select Registers & Forms Templates.

  2. Your Registers & Forms Templates will list all your templates.
    Note: if a template is not showing check your filters are clear or that the Template Status filter isn't set to show only Active templates.

  3. Click on the name of your Template, this will show your Template set up over several tabs.


Below is a brief description of each of these tabs.  Click on the tab name for more information.

  • Details - basic template information
  • Workflow - management of the stages and approvals
  • Fields - management of the fields
  • Notifications - management of the notifications
  • MergeDocs - documents created from registers or forms fields
  • Reference Documents - documents users can reference to complete a register or form
  • Recommended Tasks - tasks linked to the register or form
  • Recommended Checklists - checklists linked to the register or form
  • Public Link - management of the template availability to external users
  • History - provides information around Template changes
