CompliLearn Updating Content

Changing Titles

Changes to titles are reflected in the reporting. For example: A course is created as "Safety Warning" and some users complete it. The title is then updated to "Warning: Safety Issues" and other users complete it. In all reporting, the course will show as Warning: Safety Issues" regardless of when users completed it.

Changing Content

The system is designed to allow for edits and changes to content without affecting users who are in progress. For example: staff have begun a course created in the portal. A minor typo is reported and the course is corrected. Staff who have begun the course will continue to see the version with the typo. Staff who start after the correction will see the new version. This prevents user frustration at having to start training again because of a minor change.

Restarting Content

If the change to content warrants staff restarting the training, enrolments in the Learning Item can be deleted. The enrolment in the course is left unchanged; only the specific Learning Item that was updated needs to be modified.

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Go to the course
  2. Click Reports
  3. Filter the report by the:
