STB Mandatory Excursion Checklists

The Mandatory Excursion Checklists are a group of checklists that must be completed.
The Checklists can be completed by clicking ‘Complete Checklist.’
Once you click ‘Complete Checklist’, a pop-up window will appear with the applicable Checklist.
Within each Checklist, select the controls to be used in planning and running the excursion. Each control can be selected by ticking the checkbox on the left-hand side.
If you would like to leave a comment under a control/s, click on the 'Comment' button under the applicable control.
Leaving a comment is optional. Comments will appear on the final Risk Assessment and be viewable by the Approver.
Click ‘Save’ once you have selected all of the controls.
Note
In your Live STB, you will not be able to proceed if a Checklist has not been completed.
In your Sandbox STB, a prompt will appear to remind you that you are continuing without completing all Checklist items. Click ‘Continue’ to move on or click ‘Cancel’ to go back to the Checklists.
