Step-By-Step Guide:

1. Go to desired page to be drafted
   
   
2. Select PolicyPlus > page properties
   
   
3. The Page Editor will appear
   
   
4. In the 'Structure' section, click on the Draft icon button (the background should turn white)
   
   
5. Click 'Save Changes'
   
   
6. Publish changes
