Resetting Your Password

  1. Open your site and click the blue Login button.

  2. Click Forgot your password?

  3. Enter your user name and click Reset my password

  4. Copy the code that was emailed to you

  5. Paste it into the Code field and enter a new password

  6. Click Change Password

Please note: The password reset function will not work unless you have previously set a password during your account set up. If you have not set up your account and the link in your welcome email has expired, you will need to contact CompliSpace to have your account re-created.

Resetting Your Password

  1. Navigate to your PolicyConnect site and click the blue Login button.

  2. Click the Forgot your password? link just above the Sign in button.

     

  3. Enter your username and click the Reset my password button. Your username will be the same as the email address you signed up with.

     

  4. A password reset code will been sent to your email address. Check your inbox, and confirm that you have received an email from noreply@complispace.com.au

     

  5. Copy the 6-digit code in the email and paste it into the field labelled Code in the password reset screen.

  6. Enter a new password. Your new password must meet the requirements listed beneath the password fields.

     

  7. Click the Change Password button.

  8. Your password has now been reset. You will be redirected to a log in page where you may use your new credentials to sign in to your PolicyConnect site.
