CompliLearn Release Notes 7 August 2019

Go1, our software partner, is rolling out updates to the Staff Learning System portals. You may have already noticed recent changes to your portal. Some of the key changes released this month are described below.

Top Menu

The top menu has been updated to include a content search bar, which can be used from any screen instead of returning to Explore. To accommodate the bar, My learning, My team (for managers) and My teaching (for administrators) have moved to the right-hand side. Explore and Groups have moved to the left-hand side.


Name Menu

The name menu has been reformatted to clearly differentiate between your account as a Learner (at the top) and your permissions as an Administrator or Manager (at the bottom). Key changes to these sections are that My Profile and My Portals are now clickable on your name or your portal name, respectively.



Transcripts

Learners, and Administrators on their behalf, can download a PDF of completed training in the SLS.

Learners can access the Transcript button either through their Profile page or My Learning/Completed screen.

Administrators can access a Learner’s transcript by clicking on the user’s name in any report to open the user’s profile page.

Notifications

Content Administrators can now access all optional notifications, choosing which notifications to turn on or off and edit the text of the notifications. Notifications are found by clicking your name in the top-right, choosing Settings and then Notifications on the left-hand side. If this has not been turned on in your portal, please contact helpdesk@complispace.com.au

Editing user information

Content Administrators can now edit users’ email addresses and names. To edit users information, hover over the user’s name in the Administer/Users screen, click the dropdown arrow and choose Edit. The user will receive an email advice to both their old and new email addresses confirming the change. Email addresses cannot be edited via bulk upload. If users are members of more than one Go1 portal, the Content Administrator cannot update their email address. If this has not been turned on in your portal, please contact helpdesk@complispace.com.au

Groups

In response to our recent Critical Instance notification, updates have been made to the group reporting information. Some of you may experienced incomplete or inaccurate group data reporting against users’ enrolments. This issue has been addressed by Go1.
