The filters below are examples of how to use filtering and config to create useful reports. All reports can be tailored to meet your requirements using the Filter or Config options.
Each of the reports below is described using the Administer/Users screen.
Be aware: unless specifically requiring your report to include Inactive/Blocked users, always set the filter to include User Status = Active.
Blocked or Inactive Users
Purpose: Reporting on users who have been made inactive in the portal (e.g. staff who have left). Filter by:
- Status equals InactiveÂ
Blocked or Inactive Users Report
Members of a Group
Purpose: Reporting on users in a specific group. Filter by:
- Groups equals exactly (Contains Phrase) Group name (or part thereof)
Members of a Group
Users Created this Year
This report is useful to review users who have been created in the portal over a time period (such as a year) to assist in on-boarding or auditing reports. Filter by:
- Created greater than or equal to sign >Â 2019-01-01T00:00:00+11:00*
*Â 2019-01-01T00:00:00+11:00
- 2019-01-01: the date
- T00:00:00: the time (i.e. midnight)
- +11:00: the timezone. This is added automatically based on the time zone nominated in your settings. (If you require your time zone to be changed, please contact us for assistance.)
