FAQ's - Provider Due Diligence

How do you find the public link to send to the Provider?

This will be emailed to you by your Project Manager. Alternatively, you can find this public link in the Administration section of the Assurance form by going to the Public Link Tab.

Note: You may not have access to this depending on your access rights. Please contact our Help Desk if you are unable to retrieve this public link due to your access rights.


How do I access my list of Providers and Contacts?

Select the ‘Resources Tab’ at the top of your Assurance Site and Select Providers. You can select a provider from the list to review their details including contacts (under the Contact Tab) and credentials (under the Credentials Tab).


What will happen if my Provider’s Credential/’s expire?

Only approved providers with current credentials (i.e. all eligibility criteria met) in Assurance will be available in SafeTripBuilder. If a Provider’s credentials expire, they will not be available to select within SafeTripBuilder. You will need to re- credential the Provider.  See Renewing Credentials.


How will I know if a Provider is due to be renewed?

You will get a notification beforehand which can be customised to your preference. By default, you will be notified 6 weeks prior to renewal. This will be displayed on your ‘To Do List’ and you will receive an email notification.


How can I request updated credentials before they expire?

You will need to re- credential the Provider.  See Renewing Credentials.

I need a provider to appear in PlanCheckGo / SafeTripBuilder today. How do I make these details appear?

The Key Contact at the Provider has changed, how do I update these details?
