NSW CompliSpace Onboarding Module Update - August 2020

We are always looking to improve the ‘user experience’ for our products at CompliSpace. We’ve received helpful feedback from some of our clients and have updated your Welcome to CompliSpace Onboarding Module in a number of ways accordingly.

Please note that the content of the Onboarding Module remains the same, and any contextualisation you have completed will not be changed. The following are formatting/instructional changes only.

Removal of Completed by Your Consultant Section

Previously, there was a section titled “Completed by Your Consultant’ which included Variables and Context Keys that were answered by your CompliSpace Consultant. These were completed to set up the site for your school’s context and circumstances (e.g. {{Principal}} and {{SchoolCAPS}}). This process is now completed before the site is delivered to our clients – making it quicker for schools to get started on contextualising their content.

The Variables and Context Keys that were in this section can still be amended by your school in your site’s Context Library.

As a result, there’s also no longer a section titled “Completed by Your School” – rather just a section titled “Site and Content Contextualisation”.

Tabled and Numbered Variable and Context Key Questions

To aid in readability, we’ve amended the format of Variable and Context Key Questions to appear in a table format.

Additionally, so that your school can better understand how many Context Keys you’ll have to complete to fully contextualise a Module, we’ve now numbered the Questions. This will also help when communicating about the Variable and Context Keys Questions – you can simply quote a Module Name and number reference.

New ‘Location in Content’ Column

In the new table format, along with numbers, we’ve added a column titled “Location in Content” that links to the policy/ies that each Variable or Context Key appears in. This will allow you to see the Context Key ‘in context’ when answering the Question.
