- Regular Offsite Excursions allows teacher to Create / Open a new excursion and perform a Risk Assessment once in the initial Excursion Workflow phase and the excursion will remain open for the duration of the period, allowing repeat excursions.
- Once open, the excursion will need to run through:
- Pre-Approval
- Excursion Detail
- Risk Assessment
- Final Approval
- The status of the excursion will change to Approved
- Once the excursion is Approved, the excursion will remain open and be listed on the Home - Filter page under the Regular Excursion tab.
