Should an incident occur on the excursion, it is important that you complete an incident report directly through PlanCheckGo.
To do this, please click on “Incident Reporting” in the left-hand navigation on your Excursion Space.
Please complete and upload the form to this section for record keeping.
A copy of this form will automatically be sent to selected delegates of your school for action/record keeping.
