Board Governance Module
The Board Governance Module (formerly Boardroom Online) provides a secure space to provide policies, procedures, and information to enhance the governance of your school. This includes:
Board meeting outcomes, agendas and minutes
School governance issues (child protection, school registration, responsible person responsibilities)
General board governance matters (external audits, board performance evaluation, conflicts of interest)
Secure Board Governance User Role
The Board Governance Module is a ‘Secure Section’, meaning that it is only visible to users that have been assigned the PolicyConnect Board Governance role.
It is a stand-alone permission level and will not allow access to a PolicyConnect site by itself. It must be assigned in addition to a standard user role.
For sites that rely on a CompliSpace User Directory for user access, this role may be assigned to accounts by user directory administrators. For sites relying on single sign-on, this role may be assigned to accounts by your internal IT administrators.
