Saving Reports
Step-by-Step Guide
- Navigate to the required screen
- Filter and Config the report as required (see CompliLearn Filter, Config, Sorting Reports)
- Click Save As
- Name your report (Title)
- Set the required visibility
- Only Me : visible to only the creator
- All Portal Admins: visible to all portal administrators
- All Portal Users: visible to administrators and managers
- Choose if it is the Default report that opens immediately whenever you visit this screen
- A new button will appear on the screen with your report name. Click the button to apply the report settings when required (if not a default report).
- The report buttons will change colour to indicate which report is in use.

- Make the required changes to the Filter and Config options
- Click Save
How to Edit Name and Visibility Settings

- Click the report button
- Click the Edit button
- Update the information
- Click Save
Duplicating Reports
Step-by-Step Guide
- Click the button for the report to be copied
- Make the required changes to the Filter and Config options
- Click the down arrow next to the Save button.
- Choose Save as
- Name the report and set the required visibility and default options
Deleting Reports

- Click the down arrow next to Edit
- Choose Delete
