Step-By-Step Guide:

 

  1. Select User > search in the administrator toolbar, then search for the user and select.
     

  2. Go to the Login tab, type in new temporary password, tick the checkbox next to Require user to change password at next login, then save changes and close window.

     

  3. Provide user with username and temporary password.

    After logging in with their temporary password, the system will ask them to reset their password.

    They will need to go back to the home page and log in again with their new password.
