How To - Reset a User's Password

Step-By-Step Guide:
- Select User > search in the administrator toolbar, then search for the user and select
- Go to the Login tab, type in new temporary password, tick the checkbox next to Require user to change password at next login, then save changes and close window
- Provide user with username and temporary password
