What it is: A new view for portal admins and content admins to see what content is shared to their portal and what content they should share to their learners in the Explore page. The Content Dashboard enables you as the administrator more greater visibility and control over your the library subscription so you administrators can browse, curate, and push training to your learners all from one section of the your CompliLearn Platform.

How to experience this improvement

You may access the Content Dashboard by clicking on your name or picture in the top right-hand corner of the page, locating the Content option from the drop-down menu and selecting clicking on it.

your Customer Generated Content

If you wish to provide your learners access to content from the Go1 catalogue or shared by Go1 for CompliSpace from within Explore, all you need to do is enable the “auto-add” feature. This will also ensure learners have immediate access to newly published courses as they are added to the Go1 Content Hub.

If you do not wish to share all content available in your portal you can select the ‘Go1 Content Hub’ option in the left-hand menu and select the courses individually by clicking on the book icon next to a courses name. Once a course has been added, the book icon will be replaced with a check icon. You may also remove these courses from your explore page by performing the same action on the check icon.

Sharing CompliSpace Content

Select Manage resources sharing from the left hand menuCustomer Generated Content refers to all content created locally by your organisation.

To view this content, navigate to the Created by my portal tab using the left-hand side menu.

Locally created content will automatically appear on your Explore page after publishing. To remove these courses from the Explore page, they must be unpublished.

Courses can be unpublished via the Visibility and Access settings page. To navigate to this page you must locate the course within the list, click on the course’s ellipsis icon located in the far right column of the row and select the Edit option from the drop-down menu.

From here, click on the Visibility and access button in the top right-hand corner of the page. This will open the Visibility and access settings window for the course.

Sharing CompliSpace Content

CompliSpace content refers to courses provided by CompliSpace as part of your module subscription package. Please note that our professional learning lists are shared to portals by Go1 on the behalf of CompliSpace. As a result, these lists will not appear in this section and are instead located within the Go1 Content Hub tab.

Click on the Manage resources sharing tab in the left-hand menu to navigate to the CompliSpace content selection page.

If All Shared option is selected, then all content shared by CompliSpace will be visible in your Explore page.

Content must be set to visible to assign to users. Once assigned, the visibility can be turned off. The content will remain visible to all users who have been assigned, but not other users.

Go1 Content

Go1 content refers to any available courses provided by our software partner Go1.
