Access Roles can be set up in all of provide the Users the ability to do certain actions and see certain data within Assurance.
Access Roles are split into the following areas –:
Access roles for administrators include:- Super User
- Administration Roles including full Administration rights, Share Reports and Bulk Actions
- Folios
- Actions
- Action Assignments
- Action Results
- Checklists
- Checklist Assignments
- Checklist Results
- Entities and Contacts
- Documents
- Snapshots
Access Roles for Administrators
- - Full Access including bulk action and report sharing
- Administration Roles
- Admin rights - Ability to change administrator settings.
- Admin with retire rights - Same rights as Admin rights but can also retire or delete administrator settings.
- Bulk
- Actions - Ability to make changes in bulk.
- Share
- Reports - Ability to share reports with other users
There is also Super User rights, which give full access including bulk action and report sharing.
Access Roles for Actions, Checklists and Documents
Select the Rights that should be associated with it –- .
- Business Unit Manager - Ability to manage users, roles, templates and launchpads for their business unit(s).
- Tasks, Checklists and Documents - Ability to Read, Update, Create and Retire
