  1. Create New Proposal.
  2. Add detail and work through until the Summary Page.
  3. Click "Make Template" and the Proposal will jump to the "Template" status which is the equivalent to Pre-Approved.
  4. You will be brought to the excursion space, where you can add additional information and Save.
  5. You can then close a Template.
  6. Templates will be moved into their own tab on the Hom - Filter page.
