Step-By-Step Guide:

 

  1. Make a change to page content or page properties

  2. In the Policy Plus Administrator Toolbar, select Publish > upload page changes if you would like to publish changes made only on the current page

  3. The publishing report box will open

  4. Note the number of changes you have made, which is in brackets next to your name and identify whether any other administrator has made changes on the site that have not been published

  5. Contact other administrators and ask for permission to publish their changes

  6. Select 'Upload Page Changes'

  7. The page will refresh and the change will be reflected to public users in live mode
