CompliLearn Enrolment Reports

A few examples of useful reports are shown below. All reports can be tailored to meet your requirements using the Filter and/or Config options.

Each of the example reports provided below has been created from the Administer >Enrolments screen. For reporting on a specific course, you can also go to: Administer > Course > Name of the course > Reports screen.

Be aware: unless you require your report to include Inactive/Blocked users, always set the first filter to include User Status = Active.

Completion Report – All Courses

Purpose: Reporting on completion of training for all users assigned to a course or courses in the portal. Filter the report by:

  • User StatusActive
  • Type = Course (and/or Awards if searching for Award completions)
  • Title = Contains Phrase, type in course title (or part thereof)
  • Status = Completed

Unique Enrolments

The enrolment reports include all Awards, Courses, elements of courses (Modules and Learning Items) and stand-alone Learning Items. If course has one module with two learning items, it will create four records in enrolment reports. To report on unique enrolments (i.e. count each Course only once regardless of how many elements it has) there are two filters, depending on your circumstance.

Example 1: No stand-alone learning items

If you do not use stand-alone learning items in your portal (i.e. you only use Awards or courses), you can filter by Type:

  • User status choose Active
  • Type = Course (and/or Awards if required)
  • Status choose as required (e.g. completed, assigned, in progress etc.)

This filter will remove records relating to Modules and all Learning Items.

Example 2: Stand-alone learning items

If you use stand-alone learning items in your portal (e.g. for communication or simple learning) you can filter by Parent.

  • User status choose Active
  • Parent not exist
  • Status choose as required (e.g. completed, assigned, in progress etc.)

Courses and stand-alone Learning Items do not have a parent. All Modules and any Learning Items that are part of a course have a parent. Therefore, this filter removes any modules and learning items that are part of a course.

Training Not Started and/or Not Completed

Purpose: Reporting on training that has not yet been started or completed by users in the portal. Filter the report by:

  • User Status choose Active
  • Type = Course (and/or Awards if searching for Award completions)
  • Not started: Status = Assigned, Not Started
  • Not completed: Status = Assigned, Not Started and In Progress

  • User Status equals Active
  • Type = Course (and/or Awards if searching for Award completions)
  • Status = as required (e.g. completed, assigned etc.) or leave out to see all statuses
  • Groups Exactly equal (or Contains Phrase) Group name (or part thereof)
