PCG Planning An Excursion
When an excursion has been “pre-approved”
As an administrator, you have access to ALL excursions at any time of the excursions life cycle.
You may be required by the teacher/approver to assist in planning the excursion. This may include:
- Uploading student medical information
- Uploading student attendee lists
- Uploading parent consent
- Assisting in selecting and approving Providers
To enter an excursion, you may do so from the e-mail notification sent to you (when the excursion has been updated), OR, you may search for the excursion using the filters/or key word search function. See PCG How to find a particular excursion for more information.
