PCG You have received an excursion proposal

Once a teacher has completed their proposal (see teacher guide), if you are selected as an administrator for the excursion, you will receive an e-mail notification.

  1. Click on the link in the e-mail and you will be re-directed to the excursion proposal.
  2. Review the excursion proposal and make comments/notes as required.
  3. When you have reviewed the Excursion, you can then choose one on the following actions:


  • Pre-approve the excursion - The excursion has been pre-approved, and the excursion organiser can continue to plan the excursion. The organiser will receive a notification notifying them of this decision.


  • Decline the excursion - The excursion has not been approved, and will not be moving forward. The organiser will receive a notification notifying them of this decision.


  • Mark the Excursion as Pending - Further details will be need to be provided before a decision is made to approve or decline the excursion. The organiser will receive a notification notifying them of this decision, and will also be able to see any notes you have left.
