How Do I Assign A Task?

Step-By-Step Guide

  1. Select the Tasks tab.

  2. Select the Tasks title to open the Task Library. 

  3. Locate the Task you wish to assign and select either the Key.

  4. You will be taken to the Details section of the selected Task.

  5. Navigate to the Assignments Tab, or click Assign Task

  6. Click Assign Task.

  7. Select the Person Responsible, Which Business Unit they belong too, Due Date and if the Assignment will be Repeated.

  8. Open the Assignment Settings and fill out as applicable.
