PCG Planning Your Excursion

When your excursion has been "pre-approved"

Once the Excursion has been pre-approved you will need to complete the following steps in the relevant PlanCheckGo Excursion Space:

  • Proposal Overview - This section contains information that was submitted for pre-approval. Press 'Edit' if any of this information needs to be changed.
  • Itinerary/Planning - This section is designed for you to make notes regarding the excursion itinerary and any related booking information. You may also upload documents that are relevant to the itinerary and bookings made for organising this excursion.
  • Supervisor Information This section is designed for you to record details of the staff and volunteers who are attending the excursion as supervisors.
  • Student Information This section is designed for you to record details of the students who are attending the excursion, as well as details of student medical information, disabilities and/or capacity issues.
  • Parent/Carer InformationThe section is designed for you to make notes regarding parent consent for this excursion.
  • Clothing and Equipment - This section is designed for you to record details of the clothing and equipment required for supervisors and students attending the excursion.
  • Budget and Finance This section is designed for you to make notes regarding finance for this excursion.


Note

There is no set order for completing these sections, therefore you can jump between sections as required.
