The ‘Save Draft’ function allows you to complete a proposal but save it in draft format.

This is convenient if you have completed all the details of your proposal but are not yet ready to send it to your Approver. For example, you may wish to find out more information before you submit it as an official proposal.

It is really easy to save a proposal. Here is how:

Step-By-Step Guide:

1. While completing your proposal, at any stage you may click the ‘Save Draft’ button on the left-hand menu.
   
   
2. You will see a success message appear advising you that you have successfully saved your excursion as a draft.
   
   
3. Your proposal will be saved as a draft and will now be located in the “Drafts” section of your home page.
   
   
4. To continue editing your draft proposal, click on the draft and you will be taken to the Draft overview.
   
   
5. Click the “Edit” button on the left-hand side of the draft.
   
   
6. Continue making changes to your proposal until you are ready to submit for pre-approval.
