How do I create Registers & Forms Template Categories?

Assurance Registers & Forms can be organised into categories.  These categories will form your Registers & Forms Menu.


Step-By-Step Guide


  1. Click on the Gearwheel at the top right of your Assurance Screen and select Registers & Forms Template Categories.

  2. Click on +New.

  3. Enter the Name of your category and click Create.
    Currently there is only one level of Template Categories available, these can be re-ordered by dragging and dropping.

    The next step is to associate the Registers & Forms Templates to the Categories.

  4. Click on the Gearwheel at the top right of your Assurance Screen and select Registers & Forms Templates and click on the name of your Template.

  5. On the Details tab, click Edit or the pencil icon next to the Category field.

    Once all the templates are associated with categories, this will form your Registers & Forms Menu.

  6. To view your new Menu, refresh your Assurance Instance by clicking on the Assurance logo and returning to the Home Page.  Then clicking on Registers & Forms.
