Can I reset a completed Checklist?

On occasion, the person who is responsible for completing a checklist marks it off as Done inadvertently and wants to change it back to in progress (Doing status).

Step-By-Step Guide

Click on the Checklist tab at the top of your Assurace Screen and select Checklist Results.

Select the result that you want to change by clicking on status button (in this case Done).

On the Details tab (underneath the "Done" status button), click on Set to Doing.

A comment is required that indicates the motivation for the change, then select Confirm.

The status will be set to Doing (in progress). Click Answer Questions to edit or continue answering the questions.
