What are the data import rules for importing Checklist questions?
These are a number of data import rules that apply to importing Checklist questions that you should be aware of:

Evidence/Comments | This field allows users to hide the Evidence and Comments fields on a per question basis. If this has already been turned off for the whole checklist, the field must remain blank. | yes no |
Is Currency | Answer yes if it is currency, otherwise leave blank. | yes |
Decimal Places | Default if this is left blank is 0. | 0,1 or 2 |
Lookup Type | If this question goes to either the Entities, Contacts of Location database – type in the name of the database that needs to be accessed. | Entity Contact Location Business Unit User |
Display Type | Type of display for single or multi-select fields. | Dropdown Check Boxes (for multiselect field values) Radio Buttons (for single select field values) |
Display Columns | How many columns should the single or multi-select values appear in. This is only relevant where Check Boxes or Radio Buttons have been selected. | 1,2,3,4,5,6 etc |
Answers | Single or Multi-select values. | Enter values of the single select or multi-select field, separated by commas. |
Scale 0 to | Only for Scale based questions, the end point of the scale (eg; type in 5 for a scale of 0 – 5). | Default value is 5 – any other numeric value (other than 0) is acceptable. |
Scale Step | A value of 1 in a scale of 0 = 5 will mean the user can select 0,1,2,3,4,5 as permissible answers. If the value is set as 5, then only 0 to 5 can be selected. | 1,2,3,4,5 etc |
Scale Default Response | If no response is selected, what should be the default selection. The Scale Start will mean 0, the end will be maximum value. | Scale Start Scale End |
