Adding a User Generated Page Within a CompliSpace Module

Open

1. Navigate to your site and enter administrator view.

2. Locate the module you would like to add a page to in the side menu bar and publish any pending updates.

3. Enter draft mode by clicking on the slider in the top menu bar. Once draft mode has been enabled, the slider will turn blue.

4. Click on the module heading to expand a list of pages within the module.

5. Locate the page that you would like to add a new page beneath.

6. Hover your cursor over the right-hand side of the page’s heading pane until a icon appears.

7. Click on the icon to create a new page.

8. Your new page will appear at the bottom of the list of child pages in the same hierarchy level and will be named with the date and time that the page was created. For example: Page: 2021-04-07 11:53:33.

9. This page may be edited using the same methods as you would for content within a customer generated module.
   
   

    

Note: Your new page will not be visible to general users until it has been published.
