Once you have added a new page to a CompliSpace Module, you must publish the new page to make your changes visible to general users.
Publishing a New Page Within a CompliSpace Module
Navigate to your site and enter administrator view.
Enter draft mode by clicking on the slider in the top menu bar. Once draft mode has been enabled, the slider will turn blue.
Locate the module that you have added your new page to in the side menu bar.
Locate the icon next to the module heading and click on it.
Note: The number in this icon will change depending on the number of currently pending updates for the module.
Publishing for Individual Sites
In the window that appears, enter a description of your update in the text box.
Click on the blue
PUBLISH
button to publish your module.General users of your site will now be able to view your new page.
Publishing for Group Sites
In the window that appears, enter a description of your update in the text box.
Select your publish type:
The
Publish Notification only
option will require administrators of child sites to review and accept your changes.The
Publish and Accept changes for all child sites
option will automatically accept your changes to each child site and will not notify child site administrators.
Click on the blue
PUBLISH
button to publish your module.General users of your site will now be able to view your new page. If you selected the
Publish and Accept changes for all child sites
option, child site administrators will need to accept the changes as they would with a CompliSpace content update to make the changes visible on their sites.
