  1. Add a new Text item, setting the Style to Heading 4 and typing in the link name, then save
     

  2. Select the Link tab

  3. Select the Link type:

    1. Internal Link: to a page within your Fundamentals PolicyPlus site

      1. Type and select the Page Name

    1. Download Link: to a file uploaded in your File Library

      1. Click Select File and the File Library will open in a new window
      2. Select the file or into the File Library
      3. Click Select File, which closes the File Library

    2. External Link: to a site outside of FundamentalsPolicyPlus

      1. Paste the URL in the Link URL box

How to reach the Help Desk:

CompliSpaceTV contains video tutorials on the administrator functions of the PolicyPlus and Assurance systems. This does require a login to access, which can be requested from the Help Desk team.
