A Provider can be removed retired by either:

1. Choosing not to renew a Providers credentials when they expire, or
2. Closing the Providers form on the register.

1. retiring the Provider under Resources > Providers > choose the Provider and click Retire.
2. closing the Providers respective Due Diligence Questionnaire in the Register.
