Administer Screens
There are multiple areas for reporting on all aspects of the learning portal. There are screens available in the Administer area for reporting on:
- Users: who, roles, user status (active/inactive), creation date, groups, managers etc.
- Enrolments: who, what training, status (assigned, completed, etc), start and end date, due date, groups etc.
- Courses: name, status (private, published), authors, tags etc.
- Awards: name, status (published), credits, number of items, tags, expiry etc.
- Events (if applicable): name, date, location etc.
- Learning items: name, type, status (private, published), authors etc.
- Groups: name, ID, description, member numbers, training numbers etc.
Tip: To find out what information is available in each of the Administer screen tabs, select the tab > Filter or Configure > a list of all the database search items available displays.
Training Reports
In addition to the Administer screen reports (discussed above). Reports are also available within individual Courses and Awards. They are all similar but can provide slightly different information.
