Following are the steps to request approve credentials using Working with Children Check as an example.

To Replace the expiring/expired credential;
1. Select the Resources Tab.
2. Click Providers.
3. Select the Provider by clicking on the Key or the Name.
4. Navigate to the Credentials Tab.
5. Click on the credential within the Credential Type Column (eg Public Liability Insurance).
6. Click the Replace Button.
7. A popup window will appear where you can enter the new renewal date and attach the evidence.
8. Click Create and the status will then update to Current.
Notification of form submission
As the Person Responsible you will receive a notification via email and a new submission will appear in your To Do List. You can action it by clicking the Submission button or blue hyperlink.
Approval of form
Review and Approve the form to move it to the Management stage.
Reviewing the supplied credentials
Review and Download the required credentials and note the expiry date.
Creating a new volunteer
To create a new volunteer, select Edit Mode.
Select the volunteer from the Entity Name drop-down menu or select Create New Volunteer.
A New Volunteer pop-up window will appear. Fill in their Full Name, Date of Birth and select the General Category.
Uploading volunteer credentials
At this stage, the credential will have the Status: Not all eligibility criteria met. To upload a credential, select the Credentials tab or the red status button.
On the Credentials tab page, select Add Credential to upload a volunteer submitted document or select Request Credentials directly from the volunteer.
A New Credential pop-up window will appear. Fill in the Renewal Date and upload the Credential Evidence.
Volunteer credential approved
A green Current status will appear next to the approved credential.
If a credential is not required for this volunteer, select the credential and choose Not Required.
Once all credentials have been verified, the Status will also be updated from red to green to confirm that All eligibility criteria met.
