To create a Pre-Departure Checklist, click ‘Pre-Departure Checklists’Checklist’.
The Excursion Risk Assessment and will download in PDF format. The Pre-Departure Checklist will download can be downloaded in PDF formatFormat or completed online.
Close your PDF viewer and click 'Continue'.
