In the EdSmart Integration section, you are provided steps to assist in your integration testing for EdSmart.
Step 1
Navigate to the Form Templates section
Select CompliSpace SafeTripBuilder
Click Create New Form Template
Step 1 - Notification of Submission
Once a Provider has submitted their Due Diligence Questionnaire, the person managing this process (the Approver), will be notified via email. The submitted Due Diligence Questionnaire can be accessed in three ways:
(a) within the email notification; or

Navigate to School Forms
Click Add New
Step 3
Select Go
Step 4
Click Save New Form
You should then see SafeTripBuilder load and be able to complete a risk assessment.

SafeTripBuilder needs to be embedded into your workflow. Approving excursions in EdSmart, will approve SafeTripBuilder risk assessments. |
Once you have confirmed the SafeTripBuilder Form works within EdSmart, the next step is to build this form into your workflow.
