In the Additional Information section, you can upload any additional information that may assist in considering the risks around the excursion your Excursion you’re are proposing. This may include additional risks risk assessments. medical information, or additional policies and procedures that will be followed as a part of this excursionthe Excursion.

To upload a file, click ‘Upload.’

A pop-up window will appear. This is where you select the file from your computer/device.

Once the file is selected, click ‘Open.’

The file name will populate once the file has uploaded.

You will need to type in a File Summary (mandatory) and may include a Description (optional).

You can upload as many files as you wish.

To add additional files, select ‘Add File’ as required.
