Most schools have a dedicated approver for excursions, such as the principal. However, in the instance that the dedicated approver is not available (e.g. is on leave at the time you propose the excursion), you may need to send your excursion to a different approver (deputy principal or secretary) to expedite the process.

You may change the approver at the following stages of your excursion’s journey:

Prior to submitting your proposal for pre-approval

Prior to submitting your excursion for final approval
