Step-By-Step Guide:
- Log into your CompliSpace Assurance site
- Click on the relevant Provider Due Diligence Questionnaire in your 'to-do' list
- After you have reviewed the information provided in the Provider Due Diligence Questionnaire, you can choose to either Approve or Reject the Questionnaire by pressing the green 'Approve' or red 'Reject' buttons on the top right hand corner of the screen.

If you choose to 'Reject' a Provider Due Diligence Questionnaire, the information will still remain in the system. Rejected Provider Due Diligence Questionnaire will not appear in your register or reports, unless you specifically wish to view them |
