When you first log into PlanCheckGo you will be taken to an Excursion Table which will contain all excursions that you have access to in your school.
As a Teacher you will see the following tabs:
- "All” –view ALL the excursions across your school or sub-school that teachers have created and your own.
- “Drafts” – view any excursion proposals you have created and saved for later.
- “Proposals” – view any proposed excursions you have created and/or are waiting review from your approver.
- “Current excursions” – view any excursions you have created that have been given “pre-approval” or “final approval”. This means you have been granted access to your excursion space for each excursion.
- “Archived” – view any excursion you have created that has either been: completed, cancelled or declined.
