Step-By-Step Guide:

  1. Select the 'Gear Wheel', then select 'Users' (under 'General)

  2. Select 'New User'

  3. Add the new user's Name, Email and Business Unit. Note - Password is not required to be entered.

  4. Press Create

You will then need to add Access Rights to the new user.

CompliSpaceTV contains video tutorials on the administrator functions of the PolicyPlus and Assurance systems. This does require a login to access, which can be requested from the Help Desk team.
