PolicyConnect allows Administrators to edit Context Key values directly from the content itself. As an administrator (in administrator view) you can will be able to see the orange and grey highlighted text within the content. By clicking on the highlighted text, the edit window for that context key will appear. You can now edit or add a new value. Don’t forget to click save.

You will notice that once a context key has been filled out, it’s highlight colour changes from orange to grey. This is how you, as an administrator, can easily tell a context key has been completed. These values will also be populated across the entire module. Once all context keys have been filled out, the contextualisation for this particular module is complete.

Remember general users are not able to see context keys whether they are completed or not.
If a context key has not been filled out, the user will see a placeholder value instead.
